我公司是具有独立法人地位的工模具生产企业，原系天津纺织机械厂工具处。有着悠久生产制造工模具历史，组建于１９９４年，２００１年为适应市场发展，进行机制改革，成为股份制公司。现拥有固定资产１７３０万元，厂房面积３２００ｍ2，各类机械加工设备百余台。现有职工８０余人，工程技术人员２０余人，其中，中级职称以上人数９人。主要从事高精度加工工艺复杂冷冲压模、注塑模及压铸模具设计制造。如我公司设计制造摩托车发动机缸垫冲压模具，冲孔落料一次完成。单面间隙小于０．００３ｍｍ。凸凹模淬火后磨削成型。设计制造的延时线外壳一模四腔注塑模具，壳厚０．４５ｍｍ，型芯型腔对称度小于０．０２ｍｍ，型芯采用HRC38-40预硬钢整体铣削而成。设计制造的大发汽车化油器压铸模具，异型分型面，四面抽芯均具有较高设计制造水平及工艺水平。可以说设计制造中型高精度，复杂冷冲压模具，注塑模具及压铸模具是我公司的强项。
我公司随着改革开放得到不断发展壮大和提高，从８０年代到９０年代先后从日本、美国、瑞士等国引进了最具工模具制造业代表水平的瑞士ＡＧＩＥ公司线切割AGIECUT200D，美国Ｍ００ＲＥ公司五轴联动数控磨床，机床分辨率０．０００ｌｍｍ，日本ＭＡＫＩＮＯ公司数控铣加工中心，电火花加工中心等，通过引进消化吸收学习外国的先进经验。我们也积累了丰富生产制造经验，提高我公司的水平和知名度。

Company Brief Introduction
Our company is the corporation of producing work die with independent juridical position, which is the original tools department of TianJin textile mechanic Factory. It has the history of producing and making the work die for a long time. It come into existence in l994. With adapting to the development of the market, the company carry through the constructive reform in 2001. It become the company it stock system. our company's fix asset amount reaches to l7300 thousand yuan, the occupation of workshop is 3200 square meter. It has about one hundred different manufacture devices. There are about eighty employees in our company, the number of technical staff is about more than twenty and about morn than nine people have the above middle class title of a technical. For example, the die designed and manufactured by our company for the cylinder liner of motorcycle engine is punched and blanked at one time, with its one side space being 0.003mm. It is ground and shaped after being quenched in terrace die and die. The delayed lineshape case one die and four cavity draw mold designed by us can make cases whose thickness is 0.45mm and whose core cavity symmetry is less than 0.02mm and core adopts HRC38-40 pre-hardened steel which is milled as a whole. The Dafa car carburetor die casting mold designed and manufactured by us has a special-shaped mold joint and core can be extracted from all sides. All of them have a high design, manufacture and technical level. It may be said that it is our strong point to design and manufacture medium-sized high precision and complicated cold stamped mold, draw mold and die casting mold.
With the extension of reform and open policy growing wider and deeper, our company makes great achievement; the company imports the most advanced technology and equipment from some developed countries from 80's to 90's. Such as line cut AGIECUT200D from AGIE in Swiss. The five-axis digital control grinder from MOORE in U.S.A, the solution of machine tool is 0.0001mm, the manufacture center of digital control mill and so on. Our company absorb and digest the advanced foreign experience we also accumulate abound manufacture experience and earn our reputation.
As the backbone enterprise in the field of model in TianJin, We improve the abilities of model development and manufacture constantly, and take the widely application of CAD/CAM/CAE as the key point of our development.
