BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Sichuan Chengfei Integration Technology Corp. Ltd. is a joint-stock corporation approved by the National Economic and Trade Committee on Dec. 6th 2000, its partners are Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Corp. Ltd. (CAC), Chengdu Aero-Instrument Corp. Ltd., Geely Group, Nanjing Aero-space University and Northwest Polytechnic University, and its predecessor is Chengdu Chengfei Automobile Die Company.
The main products: automobile (metal structural parts) dies, (various metal, plastic, composite material, etc) aircraft die and mold, aircraft assembly jig & tooling, NC parts, and so on.
The employee: 620, engineers: 110.
The main manufacturing devices: 11 NC millers, NC measuring machine, press machines, 500 various general machines and devices, workshop area 30,000 square miter.
The main technical devices: CATIA, UGⅡ,computer station and PCs, CIMS is used on engineering and management.
The new $16 million is invested and another new $25 million will be invested on NC machines, pressers and CAD/CAM/CAE software updating. The $12 million will be invested on new domain, e.g. IT and bioengineering.
