公司现有员工１３６人，其中中级以上技术人员24人，技师32人，中小型精 密模具年生产能力达５００套。
新建的ＣＡＤ室，拥有先进的微机、工作站和功能卓越的UGⅡ等设计加 工软件，极大地提高了模具设计的质量和效率。为改善工作环境，提高制造能力， 公司于1998年初又投资5000万元，建成一座面积3600m2的全封闭内置中央 空调模具大楼，并相继引进三座标测量仪、座标磨、数控铣、慢走丝线切割、数控 电火花等先进设备69台（套）。公司拥有一套完整的质量管理体系，并早于1996年 11月通过了ISO9002质量体系认证。

Ningbo Shuanglin Mould Co.,Ltd Ningbo Shuanglin Mould Co.,Ltd is located in suburb of Ningbo. a coastal open city in China,near Pacific Ocean. It mainly deals in design and production of plastic ,cold forging, rubber and injection precision mould etc.
With enough capital,high advanced equipment and high-tech training facility. It now has 136 skilled workers, including 24 technicians and 32 exper engineers.It's production capability in middle-small types mould reach 500 sets per year. To further improve efficiency and obtain enough profit, we frequently show solicitude for advanced mould technology internal and abroad, and invite expert with experience to train staff in a cerain time. We also set up computer workroom workstation and super- function UGll software in succession.
In order to improve environment of working and strengthen our manufacture capacity, we have invested 50 million yuan to build totally enclosed type Mould Building with Central Control Air-conditioning Unit and purchased Volume tric Measuring Instruments, Volume tric Grinder CNC Mill-turn Slow Linear Cutting Machine and CNC Spark etc advanced eqippments 69 sets .Our company own a complete quality management system and got the ISO9002 Certificate of Quality System in Nov.l996.
