成都航发工具装备公司有职工800人，其中技术人员108人。公司下属航空模具制造厂有40多年的模具生产加工历史。有完善的生产管理和质量保证体系。现从事模具生产的职工 400余人，各种加工检测设备 300台。

硬件主要有美国摩尔公司G48数控座标磨床、德问BOKO公司 WF2／10数控仿型铣床、日本三菱DWC200H数控慢走丝线切割机床、台湾协鸿公司HV-708数控铣床、上海XK715F数控铣床、北京AGE公司SF400数控电火花机床，还有数台精密座标镗床和线切割机。
在模具设计和制造中，采用了先进的计算机辅助设计和制造技术CAD/CAM，实现了设计与生产的一体化。并同西安航空发动机公司、成都飞机工业公司建立了广泛的技术联系。

航空模具制造厂生产的模具不仅满足成都航发集团军品、外贸、民品生产的需求，还拓展了很多外部市场，涉及航空、内燃机车、汽年、摩托车、家电等行业。主要配套厂家有美国GE公司、成都艾特公司、长虹股份公司、重庆庆铃股份公司、嘉陵股份公司、三铃大金、资阳内燃机机车厂等。主要生产的模具有航空发动机叶片精铸模、精锻模，汽车发动机曲轴精锻模，汽车离合器冲切成型模，汽车油箱成型模，摩托车发动机零部件压铸模，内燃机车空气滤芯器注塑模，冰箱箱胆发泡模等。其中内燃机空气滤芯器注塑模和汽车离合器冲切成型模被评为全国优质模具。

数控加工厂设备

在模具生产中,还采用了模具标准件，从而降低了成本，保证了质量，减少了生产周期，扩大了生产能力。现模具年产值达1200万元，成为全国航空模具重点企业。

The Chengdu Aeroengine Tooling Company now has 800 employees, including l08 engineers and technicians.
Under our company, there is a factory of aviation die making. It has a long

In the die production, the advanced technologies of CAD/CAM/CAE are applied. We also have established the contacts with Chengdu Aerocraft Industry Company and Xian Aeroengine Company.
The company meet more than military、foreign trade、commercial productions for Chengdu Engine(Group) Co. Ltd. we also have developed more outside market as well， involve aviation、internal-combustion engine、automobile、motorcycle、household electric etc.
Our main co-operation consumer are GE company, Chengdu Aerotech company, Changhong Company Ltd, Chongqing Qingling, Sanling Dajin and Zi yang internal-combustion engine factory etc.
Main dies of our factory are:
Aeroengine precision investment casting mould for blades and vanes, precision forging die, crank shaft forging die for automobile engine, punching die for automobile clutch, die and mould for automobile oil storage tank, die-casting for motorcycle engine parts, plastic moulds for air- filter of internal-combustion engine, foaming mould for refigerator etc.
In plastic mould for air-filter of internal-combustion engine and punching die for automobile clutch, had choose through public appraisal national high quality.
In die and mould production, we take use of standard parts, purchase from market. And the price was reduced and the quality was guaranteed. It also helps to reduce production time and expand capability of produce. Our die out put value is RMBl2 million. We have become domestic important die production enterprise.
