Suzhou Zhenyuan Moulds Fabrication Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of plastic form injection mold. The company was originally established in July 1999 through the restructuring of Suzhou Zhenyuan Moulds Plant, which was set up in 1985, and has enjoyed l7 years of moulds making experience so far. The company has a strong strength, and has been a partner for several large and medium sized enterprises in terms of moulds fabrication.
Our company possesses over 30 moulds making equipment, such as high precision digital-control milling machine, high precision imported processing center, imported electric flash casting machine and electric flash linear cutting tools, multi-purpose milling machine and grinding machines, etc. A1so, it has the most advanced software aided design and production technologies of the time. Currently, it has close business relations with Sino-foreign Joint venture companies with foreign investments from Korea, Taiwan, Japan and U.S., etc. It has made moulds for various product covers, such as car humper bar and large plastic parts, TV set, refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, shower device and micro-wave oven, etc. These products have also been exported for many times.
