东方电机工模具有限公司是东方电机股份有限公司控股的独立法人单位，公司位于大西南中心四川省德阳市，距省会成都59公里，与宝成铁路、108国道、成绵高速公路相依，交通便利、通讯发达。
公司现有资产 1500万元（不含厂房），占地面积 8500平方米，拥有员工275名其中：高级工程师 11名，工程师 20名，专业数控编程2名，高级技师2名，各种技术开发人员46人。
公司主要科技人员来自于上海交通大学、西安交通大学、华中理工大学、湖南大学及重庆大学等国家重点大学。经过长期的工作实践，成功地完成了多项高难度的技术项目。如冷冲模超吨位冲裁、发电机转子槽盘铣刀、内容屑丝锥以及部级科研项目"三峡机组叶片模压的研究"等，并且能完全满足公司向多元化、开放型市场发展的需要。
公司开发和加工实力雄厚，拥有微机45台，绘图仪2台，每台微机分别配备有 CAD、 CAPP、CAM绘图、工艺加工及管理软件，并已组成局域网。各类设备 180多台，其中主要有： MM52160A龙门导轨磨床1台，DMV－4000数控龙门 镗铣加工中心1台，HB－3210／S数控龙门镗铣加工中心1台，ONA-F-400慢走丝线切割1台，快走丝线切割4台，MK2932B连续轨迹座标磨床1台，4米龙门刨床1台，2450M座标镗床2台，TM6ll2卧式镗床1台，2.3米立式数控车床1台，装配车间行车20吨，中、高温淬火盐浴炉4台，井式炉2台，高频淬火设备2台，箱式中温炉3台。
公司主要产品有：为70万千瓦三峡水轮发电机组，55万千瓦二滩水轮发电机组，40万千瓦李家峡水轮发电机组、20万千瓦、30万千瓦、60万千瓦汽轮发电机组等所有水轮发电机、汽轮发电机、交直流机及控制设备提供的全套工装，包括：定子、转子、磁极、磁轭冲模、线圈模具及刀、夹、量具。为陕西飞机公司、华川汽车厂、成都汽车厂、长虹集团公司设计制造了汽车拉延模、冲裁模、卫星接收器外壳模具，为安县2.4米风动加工的双转轴机构和半模试验段等。
公司为四川省模协理事单位。

Dongfang Electrical Machinery Tooling & Molding Company Limited (referred as DFEM T&M) is an independent entity with majority shares held by Dongfang Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd(DFEM). The company is located in Deyang city, about 59km to the North of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, which is situated in the center of the SonthWest Chengdu, the Company boasts a convenient communications with the outside world by situating just beside the Baoji-Chengdu Railway Chengdu-Mianyang Expressway and Inter-Provincial Highway No.l08.
DFEM T&M has the assets of l5 million RMB yuan, coving an area of 8,500m2, heving 275 employees, of which 1l are senior engineers, 20 engineers, 2 NC Programmers, 2 senior technicians and 46 members for technical research and development.
The technical Personnel of DFEM T&M mainly comes from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Huazhong Science and Technology University, Hunan University, Chongqing university, and other national key institutes of higher learning. DFEM T&M has a strong developing and manufacturing capacity Possessing 2 sets of drawing-plotting machines and 45 sets of computers with the CAD/CAPP/CAM software installed for each one and local Internet connected together. Furthermore, the Company is equipped with l80 sets of various manufacturing equipment, Including : one set of MM52l60A gantry guide grinding machine, one set of DMV-4000 NC gantry boring and mil1ing center, one set of HB32l0/S NC gantry boring and milling center, one set of ONA-F-400 slow-speed linear cutting machine, four sets of high-speed linear cutting machine, one set of MK2932B continuous locus jig grinder, one set of 4 meters double housing planer, two sets of 2450M jig boring machine, one set of TM6ll2 horizontal boring machine, one set of NC 2.3 meters vertical lathe, one set of 20T crane in Assembly shop, four sets of medium & high temperature hardening salt bath furnace, three sets of medium temperature box furnace, two sets of well-type furnace, two sets of high frequency hardening device.
DFEM T&M has designed and manufactured the following main Products: sets of tool, dies and jigs for manufacturing and assemb1ing of hydraulic turbine generator units, such as 700MW Three Gorge, 550MW Ertan and 400MW Lijiaxia, 200MW, 300MW, and 600MW steam turbo generators, AC&DC motors and auxiliary equipment, including punching dies of stator, rotor, rotor pole and rim, coil molds; and various cutters, jigs and measuring devices. Drawing dies and Punching dies for Shanxi Airplane Company Huachuan Automobile Factory and Chengdu Automobile Factory molds for satellite receiver shell provided by Changhong Group, double-shaft mechanism and half modal testing part for 2.4m wind-power of Anxian Project. DFEM T&M is one of Sichuan Molding Association members.
