It has now been developed into an electromotor moulding center the specia1izes in developing and producing iron stator and rotor elctromotor moulds after over ten years of deve1opment and continuous technica1 progress. It now has an area of 33,000 m2, and workshops of more than 10,000 m2, and stuffs l45, including 19 technicians with intermediate and advanced title, 1t has 95 equipments used for producing, checking and va1idating moulds that are advanced in our country. It is made up of nine units--manufacture unit, scientific research unit, logistics unit and 4 marketing agencies in other main cities. It has formed quite perfect system of scientific research, manufacturing and marketing network. Cixi Hongda Electromotor Moulding Center is now one of the most specialization and standardization factories in developing and manufacturing medium and small size electromotor moulds. We manufacture over 500 moulds and dies every month, and we have more than 500 enterprise users in China. Our motto is "Quality today is market tomorrow". Y & Y2 series and fractional horse power iron punch motor moulds was nominated as "National High Quality products" by Chaina Mould 1ndustry Technique Committee through 1998- 2001, Long-life electromotor silicon Steel cold die mould was nominated as "Ningbo high-quality mou1d" in 200l, one of the electromotor mould series produced in 2001 was recommended as "National New Products" by China Mould Industry Technique Commirtee; the center was nominated "Technique innovation Center of Cixi Electromotor Silicon Steel Cold Die Mould Project". Since it was set up, we have insisted on the idea of "specialization, precision and specialties", folloving the development of characteristic industry. Our center develops and manufactures electromotor moulds with specialization feature and 1evel, What's more, we have the advantages with short period, good quality proper price and favorable after service. Our mould products are popular with the users. In recent years, we put our aim at "Creating Hongds Brand, Strive for the first in China." We are trying to develop main products-long-life medrum and small size electromotor silicon steel cold punch moulds, meanwhile, we are keeping perfecting se1f innovation to improve the technique and develop manufacturing level, and try to make big scale, precision, complex moulds and small iron auto-stack carbide multi station progressive moulds. In the past two years, we have made good effort to improve our technology and build new workshop of 10,000 m2, and introduce advanced equipment such as CNC low speed wire Cutting EDM, CNC coordinate grinder CNC coordinate machine and advanced technicians specialized in moulding.
