The new company is made an investment of 63,l64,0OO yuan. The factory building area is more than 4,0OO square meters. On the basis of importing and assimilating the new technology, our company has built the CAD/CAM system that has our own intellectual property rights by twice-developing and blazing new trai1s. There are 54 personnel on the permanent staff, 10 of them graduate from university, l7 of them graduate from junior college, the rest of them graduate from technical secondary school or senior middle school; 5 peoples have titles and 7 peoples have intermediate technical titles; 8 peoples have been to Switzer1and, Germany or Singapore successively to make a training about Fine blanking Technology, operation and maintenance of the equipments related. Now the production capacity of fine blanking dies is about 5O sets per year, the production capacity of fineb1anking parts is about 8,000,000 pieces per year.
