(abbreviated to Hafei die company), built in April 2000, is affiliated to Harbin Aircraft Industry Group and based on the incorporation of the die designing section, the die producing factory and the casting factory. And now the employee total 430 with 66 technicians of them. Our main duty is to design and produce the dies, the checking fixtures and the welding fixtures of the motor body metals. We have the experience to do these works for more than 20 years and by this time we have finished dies of over ten kinds of motors independently. We think much of introducing the advanced technology at home and abroad and the equipment are all excellent. The development department of dies has 10 working stations and 40 computers and the development of dies has realized the CAD/CAM/CAE of the dies. We adopt EPC casting technology in producing the castings and have the capability to cast HT250、HT350、HFMV、HFCnM、QF60-2 and so on. The output of the castings is about 500 tons per month. We now have 62 machining equipment including 14 digital control milling machines. The output of the dies is about 700 sets per year.
