大连保税区大显模具制造有限公司是东北地区最大的模具制造企业。主要生产、制造大、中型精密塑料模具及塑料制品。以家电、汽车、通讯及民用产品为主。公司注册资本2800万元，固定资产6400万元。占地面积21000平方米，建筑面积27000平方米。公司积极推行现代化生产模式和管理制度，实行ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ／ＣＡＥ一体化工作模式，大幅度缩短了生产周期，并提高了产品质量，且于2000年７月通过了ＩＳ０９００１质量体系认证。
公司下属的工程部人员均具有本科以上学历及丰富的实践经验，为模具设计提供了技术保证。模具设计和编程均采用ＰＲＯ-Ｅ／DELCAM软件。同时采用了Ｃ-MOLD软件进行注塑过程的分析，以确保注塑模具（包括气辅模具）在实施过程中的精度要求。
公司拥有主要生产设备87台。其中数控加工中心7台，数控电加工机床8台，锁模力40Ｔ-1800Ｔ注塑机２５台。引进日本最先进，全自动的手机外壳表面喷涂生产线一条，彩电外壳表面喷涂生产线一条。形成了从模具开发一注塑成型一表面喷涂一产品装配一体化的生产能力。

DALIAN F.T.Z. DAXIAN MOULD MAKE Co., LTD is the biggest mould make enterprise in northeastern area of china. It mainly manufactures some big-sized and middle-sized precision plastic mould and some plast1c wares mainly produces electrical appliances, automobiles, communications and civil productions. The registration capital of the company is RMB 28miLllions yuan. The fixed assets is RMB 64 millions yuan. The bui1ding size is 21,000 square meters and the architecture area is 27,000 square meters. The company actively promotes modern productive patterns and managing system and executes CAD/CAM/CAE integrated working pattern to greatly shorten productive period and raise product, passed IS09001 in July 2000.
Personnel of the subsidiary MOULD DESIGN PART all has educational level of university graduate or above and rich practical experience. So this provides the technical assurance for mould design and NC programming. All the mou1d design and NC programming adopted PRO-E/DELCAM and the software C-MOLD is adopted to perform analysis of p1astic injection process to ensure the reliability of design course of injection mould (including gas-assisted mould).
The company possesses 87 product machines. Among them,7 CNC machine, 8 EDN machines and 25 40T-1800T locker injection machines. We imported one most advanced and automation spray product line from Japan, praying on cover of mobile phone and cover of televisions. We have formed into a set of production system: mould development-injection mould-spray on cover-production installation.
