湖北十堰先锋模具股份有限公司 Hube Shiyan Xianfeng Die Co., Ltd 湖北十堰先锋模具股份有限公司创建于95年8月，主营业务为汽车覆盖件模具制造，系中国模具协会会员，省级高新技术企业。公司下属十堰工厂与襄樊工厂两个生产厂，一个设计中心。公司占地面积11000m2，建筑面积6000m2，生产面积5000m2，拥有固定资产2000万元。 人才与技术：公司现有员工83人，其中技术人员30人（CAD/CAM人员20人），模具钳工38人。公司推行了一系列模具设计、制造新技术：模具设计已由二维CAD向三维CAD技术转化；成熟应用CAM与逆向工程技术；普遍采用火焰淬火钢、含铜铸铁（H235）等模具新材料；公司还与武汉理工大学、东风汽车工程研究院保持着密切的技术合作。公司下一步主攻目标是推行三维模具设计，实现无图化生产。 设备与能力：公司拥有模具制造设备65台，主要设备有：数控铣6台，全部采用FIDIA与SIEMENS最新系统，其中大型数控龙门铣2台，高速铣1台；大、中型调试压力机6台（500T，400T，315T，100T），三坐标测量机2台。公司年模具制造能力为：生产大型模具150套，产值2500万元。 质量控制：为确保模具质量，公司参照日本模具企业的模式，建立了以标准化作业为中心的模具质量保证体系，并于99年2月成立了由东风公司部分专业厂（如通用铸锻厂）等11家模具制造相关企业组成的"先锋模具制造集团"，集团成员优势互补，保持稳定可靠的行业协作关系。 主要用户与产品：公司已为东风汽车公司、神龙汽车公司、风神汽车公司、江西昌河、郑州日产、贵州航天、北汽福田、北方奔驰等知名汽车厂生产了大量覆盖件模具与检具，已制造模具中，包括门外板模具、重30吨的汽车大梁模、EQ153门板压合模、富康与风神轿车系列门铰链模具、精度与寿命要求极高的康明斯发动机齿轮室盖全序模具、形状复杂成型困难的金杯轿车系列油箱模具等。 先锋公司永恒的经营理念是?quot;以德治厂，用户至上，出模具精品，树先锋品牌"。 大型模具车间(die machining workshop) Our Company The Hubei Shiyan Xianfeng Die Co., Ltd was founded in August 1995 .She is the manufacturer of die designing & manufacturing for large skin panels & autobody to the society. The company is a new-high technology corporation in Hubei. and the member of China Mould Association .The company has two factories (one in Shiyan, another in Xiangfan ) and a center of design. The land area up to 11000m2, the building area for about 6000m2,and the production area 5000 m2, fixed capital 20 million Yuan (R.M.B). Ability and Technology: There are 83 employees among which 30 technicians(20 for CAD/CAM), 38 dieing locksmiths in our company. We have been pushing a series of advanced technologies in designing and manufacturing for die: We are trying to apply 3D CAD in stead of 2D CAD, and CAM and reverse-engineering have been applied maturely. Advanced materials such as flame-hardening steel and copper cast iron(H235) are widely used. We have been keeping consanguineous technologic cooperation with Wuhan University of Science and Engineering and Dongfeng Motor Engineering Research Institute. Equipment and Capability: The company has 65 sets of equipments. There are 2 sets of large-scale gamtry type CNC milling machines and 1 sets of high-speed CNC milling machine among 6 sets of CNC milling machines(adopting the latest FIDIA and SIEMENS system). There are 6 sets of large and medium try out presses(500T, 400T, 315T, 100T), and 2 sets of 3D measuring machines. Annual output large die over 150 sets, output value 25 million. Quality Control: In order to insure the products quality, the company has set up quality assure system basing on the standardization according to the pattern of Japanese corporation, and in February 1999, the Xianfeng Die Manufacturing Group consisting of 11 corporations came into existence.
