Shunde Century Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a provincial-class hi-tech enterprise, an integrated system of mold R&D, manufacturing, sales, after-sale services. Our company's main business concentrates on high-precision injection mold making and relative injection plastic components. We have the import and export right granted by the government and therefore can deal with our own import and export transaction. With ninety years' development, Century S&T currently have 2 subsidiaries, the mold company and the plastic injection company.
With turnover increasing at 15% per year during the last few years, we maintain a healthy and rapid development. We have already set up a comprehensive quality control system and are registered with ISO 9001, which is approved by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency. Mold Company is a subsidiary company of Century S&T, who concentrate its business on injection mold research and development, manufacturing and sales. As a subsidiary of Century S&T, Plastic Injection Company has a history of over a decade, previously known as Midea Air Conditioner's Injection Workshop.
Our long-term relationship with Midea Air Conditioner Company have put us in an advantageous position in providing a systematic service for Midea. We take part in the design of many new Midea air conditioners and provide injection services for more a hundred kinds of Window-type, Split-type and Standing-type Midea air conditioners. Our long years' cooperation with Midea have made us outstanding compared with our rivals as far as technical advantage and production experience are concerned.
At present, our factory covers an area of 28,000 square meters with 2 workshops. An integrated system, consisting of more than 280 staffs (Among them, more than 40 are technical supervisors), 19 injection molding machine (10 machine are over 1000 tons), 8 assembling lines, 1 oil spray line, can provide all kinds of services including injection molding, oil spray, silkscreen printing, pad(trans)-printing, component assembly. 95% of our injection-molding machines are controlled by computers to ensure high quality.
