天津汽车模具有限公司的前身是天津市汽车制造厂工具分厂，于1995年 4月1日分立为天津市汽车模具厂。1996年12月18日更名为天津汽车模具有限公司。隶属于天津汽车工业（集团）公司。我公司是从事设计、制造大、中型汽车车身内、外覆盖件模具、检具、装焊夹具的专业厂家。

从1965年至今我公司通过ＴＪ210吉普车、ＴＪ740轿车、ＴＪ130系列轻卡车。夏利轿车、大发微型客车、三峰客车等几个车型的锻炼，积累了丰富的汽车车身模具设计和制造经验。

我公司现已装备了具有国际水平的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统，以及大型高速数控铣床。五面数控镗铣床、大型高速数字化装置、大型三座标测量机、大型辉光离子渗氮炉、延配压床和冲压设备。

我公司共有员工２８５名，从事技术工作的人员为９０名，具有高中级职称的人员 50名，大专以上文化程度的员工为89名，占员工总数的31％，其中：研究生２名，本科生47名，重点院校生２０名。

几年来我公司共有８７人/月先后赴德国、美国、意大利、日本、新加坡、泰国、澳大利亚培训、研修、考察。

2000年12月29日我公司通过了ISO-9001国际标准质量管理体系认证。

多年来我公司为天津夏利轿车、大发微型客车、三峰客车、雁牌轻卡和国内一汽大众、上海大众、上海拖内、江铃汽车、北汽福田、四川丰田、沈阳金杯、北京吉普、广州羊城、昌河汽车、南汽、北旅、松辽汽车、长安汽车、汉江汽车等诸多汽车生产厂家提供了汽车车身模具。

Brief Introduction of corporation

The predecessor of Tianjin Motor Dies Co Ltd is a tools branch of Tianjin Motor Works, was independent as Tianjin Motor Dies Works on 1 April 1995,renamed as Tianjin Motor Co Ltd on 18 Dec. 1996 and is a subsidiary company of Tianjin Motor Industrial (Group) Co Ltd. It is a specialized factor, which engages in designing and manufacturing lager and middle size of inner or outside cover dies for motor body,
Checking equipment, assembly ＆ welding fixtures.

Since l965, we have worked for TJ2lOE Jeep, TJ74O car, TJl3O series Light-duty trucks, Xiali, Huali, Sanfeng mini-bus etc, which made us accumulated plenty 0f experience in designing and manufacturing of motor body dies.

We have installed the CAD/CAM system international standard and high speed NC boring and milling machines, five-face NC boring and milling machines high speed Numeric scanner, three dimensional measuring machines, large Ion nitriding furnace, die sporting presses and punch presses.

There are 285 members in our company, among them 90 are technicians, 50 possess senior or mid rank of professional titles, 89 persons reach education level are higher than junior college, which is 31 percent of the total employees 2 of them have got Master Degree, 47 have got Bachelor Degree, 20 of them graduated from famous university.

During the past several years we have sent 87 person. Month to be trained, learn and investigate to Germany, USA, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and Australia.
We got the certification of ISO-900l international standard quality management system on 29 Dec., 2O0O.

We have supplied dies of automobile body covers for Tianjin Xiali Car, Daihatsu Mini-bus, Sanfeng Mini-bus Light-duty truck, The First Automobile Volks Wagon Works, Shanghai Volks Wagon, Shanghai tractor ＆ gas engine works, Jingling Ford, Beiqi Futian, Sichuan Toyota, Shenyang Golden cap, Beijing Jeep, Guangzhou Yangcheng Changhe, Nanjing Beijing traveling bus, Songliao, Changan Auto Hnjiang etc.

Abundant experience in motor body die designing and manufacturing, advanced press process analysis level, internal advanced manufacturing equipment and all staffs' efforts on high-tech development and practice have made our company one of the advanced motor body die manufacturers in China. We have improved technical level by technical exchange and cooperation with international advanced dies' manufacturers, established excellent foundation to enter into international automobile dies market.
