我厂是中国模具协会成员企业，慈溪模具中心。主要从事精密模具的设计制造和塑料制品加工两大类。产品主要是汽车、摩托车、家用电器、教学仪器等塑料零件。 　　本厂专业程度高、技术力量雄厚，拥有进口加工中心、三坐标测量仪、数控电火花机床等各种精加工机床近五十台，引进了一系列的相关软件，并吸收了一大批专业设计人员，创建了CAD、CAM办公室。现在CAD、CAM技术在我厂的模具制作中已经被广泛应用。从新产品的设计开发到模具制作成品，全部实现了数字化和自动化。 　　我厂年开制精密模具能力 1000套/年 以上，其中大到汽车保险杠，小到照相机零配件。现在，我们已为美能达（日本）、富士通（日本）、上海南部（日本）、沙市法雷奥（法国）、美国COSCO公司、思达等国内外知名企业生产高精度模具，并保持了良好的客户关系。我厂有多副高精度模具被中国模协评审为国产优质模具。包括浙江缙云仪表厂摩托车里程表 AX一1OO外壳模具，福建晋江菲莉集团的椅子背模具，小天鹅程控凸轮塑料模，新飞无氟冰箱左右面柜模等，并于 1999年荣升为中国模协常任理事单位。 　　我们始终以“精益求精，求实创新”为宗旨，竭诚为广大新老客户提供优质服务。
